Boat Race by Heather Ross

She did it again!

Heather just launched a new line. Boat Race. And it's the cutest line everrrr.

But that's not really news. Her lines are always gorgeous. But this one is special. I think. It does have a couple prints featuring the cutest critters. On boats! But then... the basics are almost better. But let me show you.

So. Technically, this is an add as the fabric has been gifted. But I am not paid and under no obligation to post or share. But they are so super cute and what a waste would it be not to share some pics with you.

So. This is Boat Race by Heather for Windham Fabrics. The team at Windham kindly sent me some early prints to have a look at. They are officially landing in stores in March 2027.

Lucky me - I was able to cut right into them and make a couple things.

But of course. I had to quilt them. Like a lot. And I think the texture made them even better.

And here we go.

I made a set of the cutest, pink'ish Nami Knots. Featuring snails, frogs, gingham and the cutest floral ever. I totally need more of that pink floral (it the greatest basic of all time, think grandma but a little more modern).

And I am so delighted with them.

Let me dump all my favourite pics here.

And then, they even made it into Heather's look book. Just look at this.

I am over the moon. Totally honoured to have a tiny part in this gorgeous new line. Heather is totally my spiritual animal. Trying to summon only 5% of her creative juices...

And as you can see. I made another thing.

A set of tiny, cute yet so useful Sweet Travel Pouches.

We are going on holiday soon and I always love having one in my purse. Keeping me super organised. This summer, we celebrate my birthday in Paris (!!!) and I thought it's the perfect time to level up my bag in a bag game

The second Sweet Travel Pouch, plus one of the Nami Knots, is already shipped off. To a friend in the US. I loved her and her makes for years - and I hope she will like these as well. And hopefully find them useful.

And that's it, my friend.

Pretty much a happy picture dump today. But using the most perfect prints. So, once they hit the shops, make sure to get some. Especially some of those perfect florals, tiny critters, gingham and boat race people.

And finally. Thanks so much to Team Windham and Heather for letting me have some early fabric to play with. It's been such a delightful treat!

Quilty hugs. L x
